TECHITO is a boutique hospitality company that partners with vacation home owners, investors, and developers to elevate their properties. We do this via property management (Co-Hosting) and interior design services.
Our primary goal is to offer spaces that enable our guests to have extra special and memorable stays.
We specialize in upscale 4+ bedroom homes within a 2-hour drive of Denver, CO. Here’s our Airbnb profile. We’re Super Hosts, and also part of Airbnb’s exclusive Co-Host Network.
Additionally, we are Hotel Investors. Our first deal is as Limited Partners for the Red Hotel in Morrison, CO. In 2025, we’re announcing our first deal as Sponsors/General Partners.
Our name comes from Spanish and roughly translates to “cozy roof”. It symbolizes a place to seek shelter and comfort – a tribute to our Latin American roots.

Fernando enjoys focusing on the Tech, Data, Operations, and Sales of Techito. His background encompasses 15+ years as a Product Manager at Google, YouTube, and Yahoo. His current hobbies include playing the acoustic guitar, investing in his mental and physical health, and connecting deeply and meaningfully with other beings.
His super power is extreme determination and execution.

CO-FOUNDER
Margarita is passionate about Interior Design, Hiring/Training, and Crafting the Brand we share on Social Media. Her background encompasses over a decade of Live TV Production, PR, and Song Writing. Her hobbies include arts & crafts (especially with her kids), immersing herself in a good book, and discovering new culinary flavors, especially if they come out of her kitchen.
